Reporting to our Chief Executive, Dr Simon Constable who joined us last year, you will play a central role on our Board and provide visible and inspirational leadership to our medical and wider clinical teams. Championing a culture of continuous improvement, learning, accountability, and transparency alongside high standards in compassionate care, you will support the further development of an empowered, open, engaged, and high-performing medical workforce.  With a focus on innovation in clinical practice and service delivery, you will champion collaborative working both inside the organisation and with system partners at all levels to improve population health and reduce inequalities.  

We are seeking an exceptional medical leader with a proven track record of delivering change and improvement as a leader in any complex healthcare environment. With significant experience of improving engagement and leading transformation through collaboration, influence, and system leadership, you will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive and clear clinical leadership across our organisation. Your collaborative approach will be essential in working with fellow executives and leaders in our new Care Group structure to embed a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
